What is a convincing reason for full and final.

If the full and final is around that the creditors were expecting anyway it is good enough to simply want the IVA ended so that you can get on with your life. The creditors benefit from early settlement too.
If you want to make a lower offer you have to come up with a compelling reason such as health issues, long term unemployment, or something which will threaten the running of the IVA.

I might add that, usually, the most convincing is, in fact, the truth

I don't believe I gave any reason to want to finish the IVA early .
It was more a matter of securing a satisfactory financial arrangement for all parties .

Bowman,do you have a specific reason for offering a full and final to end the iva early?

Hi plastic daft, stress, depression, amnesia, lost direction etc....struggling at work with workload, unrealistic targets, spending too much time away from home travelling

Hi
Health is a compelling reason and one that creditors will take notice of because of the possible fall out
Good luck
