Hi

My standing order has been accidentally deleted for my IVA payments to Debt Free Direct.

Please could someone tell me what the Debt Free Direct standing order details are so I can set it up again ?

I have emailed Debt Free Direct a couple of times this week but so far they have not come back to me with the details.

Hubby and I were in IVAs and had different accounts to pay to. Paid overtime to wrong one once as I assumed they were the same.

Best to get details from DFD I think.You don't want to pay for someone else! They will soon contact you if you haven't paid.

Each account is ( should be) an individually numbered client account, so their numbers will result in you paying into their accounts.

I would ping them another email and tell them without the details you cannot pay, hopefully they'll realise and send them forthwith.

Pick the phone up to them ..they can reset the DD over the phone for you.

Hi Evette I looked up your profile and your email seems to go to the support email address for fairpoint. Is that correct ? I have sent an email but so far no reply.
