Hi,

I just got an email saying that my appointed IP is Knightsbridge?

I've never heard of them?

Does this mean I wont deal with VB anymore?

Cheers,

Cam

VB package up all of the details and pass this on to the IP, in this case, at Knightsbridge and further dealings will be with Knightsbridge direct. However, VB will still be happy to answer any queries.

I've heard bad press about them, even on this forum. What do you think I should do?

You can tell VB that you would prefer another company to act.

We don't get that much bad press about them, certainly no more than most. Most firms have ups and downs.

I know it's a decision I should be fully comfortable with but in your opinion are they a wise choice?

Hopefully there will be a few posters who have used them who might care to comment, but I have no personal experience of this company and, as I say, they get little mention on here, which, presumably, means their clients are. on the whole, happy.

I agree with Foggy's advice and would also add that VB are an excellent company who would not refer cases on to IP's that they do not have total faith in.

But - it's your decision and maybe you should discuss this with VB and / or speak to another IVA firm?

Has anyone used Knightsbridge and can give OP some feedback?

Unless you're 100% do not proceed and bide your time. Do talk to VB I'm sure they'll be there for you.

Hi

Rest assured that Knightsbridge are a very reputable company and as others have said VB would only work with a highly regarded companies/IPs
