If CF are handling 2500 IVAs a year (which is the figures I have read on reputable sites) how can they possibly do this volume of work with just one IP? Try as I might I can only find infrormation that there is only one IP there. Maybe I am wrong, but surely this volume exceeds what one person is capable of overseeing accurately?
