I would like to be put in touch with the other members who have had problems with Creditfix please Admins. Thank you Lesley for your suggestion on the other thread as it is very helpful.

However, although it may seem cliquey and unfair this clearly needs to be people who are not new to the forum as it is important for us all that we know that everyone is genuine. I am not saying new posters are not genuine by any means, but we need to know that everyone is a debtor and not a representative of Creditfix pretending to be in an IVA.

However, I suggest that if anyone new (and if the admins and "older members" agree) can show the admins privately that they ARE in an IVA and the admins forward me their email, then of course I will add them to the list. My thoughts are that this could be done by checking the register to show they are indeed on it.

What do other members think about this? Please add your name below if you would like to be contactable.

as long as there is clear proof they are who they say they are i have no problem. CF are trolling this forum and i feel we need privacy now. I tried to activate email contact on my profile but it didnt let me. Will try via computer rather than phone but maybe admin can override something and share my email anyway. Thanks

All for communicating off forum but I would urge you all to use the official complaints procedures and continue to address your concerns via the appropriate channel.

IVAs are individual afterall - no two IVAs are the same.

I fully appreciate the frustrations and anger that some of you are mentioning on the forum and I am sure if I were in the same position I would want resolution too.

Stay positive and work with your IP / company to move things forward.

I feel that we can use a complaints procedure better as a group because so many of us are being told we cannnot speak with the IP to get clarity

Completely agree with you Luluj, any official complaints will most definitely be raised through the proper channels.

The stark reality is this; it does no harm for those of us in the same boat to be able to compare notes behind the scenes; CF seem to be unwilling to state their policies and procedures publicly and any requests for clarification are met with 'email us'.

This takes the conversation away from the public eye (where CF could be held to account for their modus operandi) and allows them to 'divide and conquer'. I dread to think how many people have been bamboozled (or even worse, potentially blackmailed or coerced) into signing things they do not fully understand. We've already seen from users where they've been told a F&F 'can't be submitted unless the changes to the variation terms are agreed'...

Therefore in the same way that CF wish to keep their conversations away from our eyes, we should not hesitate to do the same.

By sharing knowledge and comparing experiences with each other we can hopefully help to ensure that we are treated equally, fairly and equitably.

I agree that any complaint should follow proper channels, thats a given but I think we need to be able to compare and discuss our experiences in privacy. This forum used to be a place of trust and no judgement but Ive already been told by CF that they are watching the forum and although we have user names I have no doubt they will start trying to figure whos who. They told me they know theres only 5-6 main characters. If we can have contact away from public view then im all for it. CF have no intention of assisting on this forum and greet every question with email me. Most of whats been asked was general policy not a specific issue for individual cases and theyve not helped.
