Looking at this forum I'm wondering how many Creditfix clients there are on here.

By my reckoning there's over 500 regularly active members on the board. But how many are Creditfix I cannot tell.

It would be nice to get a number as I'm considering proposing an open letter to Susan Wriglesworth, from the members of this board, urging her to participate and answer some questions once and for all.

I sincerely believe most of the problems with Creditfix are solely down to a lack of consistent, clear and authoritative messages from them.

Take as an example, the savings issue. It's the not knowing that's causing uproar and speculation. If we knew where the thresholds were, had clear definitions and policy we could all work within them and continue our IVAs peacefully.

I am suggesting a written, paper letter not an email, open and published.

Sorry to start yet another Creditfix thread but I'd like to get other people's thoughts on the subject.

Ms Wriglesworth recently added her photo to her LinkedIn profile. I hoped this was a sign she might become more active online but so far nothing.

Hey Hubert, fab post [:)]

I'm CF and was moved over from Mel's team on October 24 [:(!]

Honest communication from CF is a major factor as I thrive on honesty

I'm with you all the way pal !

It needs to be electronic, as paper is not as transparant in my book, if its online and she is invited to comment / address issues on it then you will probably get a better response otherwise it'll probably just get shredded TBH.

Thanks for this hubert.
I too was a PJG customer transferred to CF in Oct.

Im not sure if paper or email letter as both have pros/cons. Email can be tracked and receipt of delivery/read attached.

I too feel their lack of open honest communication has alot to do with my concerns. Susan seems non existant and reluctant to speak/communicate directly with clients which is supposed to be part of role.

Count me in.

the email needs to be made fully public, as in sent to her and posted online, she needs to be told that any comments will be added to it for all to see

Hi Hubert yes I was PJG and transferred to CF also, and yes I'm totally with you all the way on this one, some clear clarity on the basic questions is all that we need to put our minds at rest so that we can carry on with our lives

Hubert, that is why we need to get together to work out the letter in a private space.

I agree it needs to be done privately as we all know CF read the posts on this forum and unfortunately they haven't the customer service skills to join the forum and quash all the issues that have arisen since the sell out !
