It seems that CF aren't being consistent in terms of who they have notified of taking over from PJG (rather I should say the large proportion of clients that had been transferred from PJG).

I've just had an arrears letter and the company didn't know that they had taken over (although they were aware that CF had taken over other companies as well).

They also hadn't received any payment since June 2014.

I do know that another company had been notified of the change but this is getting silly.

An arrears letter? is that because pjg/cf havent sent a payment to them not because youve failedto pay monthly iva?

So inconsistent! Posts today about f&f acceptance, CC being received then then this.

We have been paying week in and week out to PJG and first payment direct to CF last week.

The whole point of going through an IP was so that we would not have to deal with things like this.

So where's the money going?

This is awful. Creditfix are taking the money but not paying the creditors?

And these creditors are going to agree higher fees?

PJG paid quarterly - no idea when CF do.

Money went to PJG until end of January - no idea what has been transferred across to CF.

There is just a total lack of documentation.

This could just be a glitch and will wait a few more days to see if any more arrears notices come.

This isnt good. We used to get a breakdown of where the money had been paid by PJG as part of our annual review, I've not had this from CF yet, but have requested it and they are getting back to me.
I have felt reassured by the positive posts about quick completions today though.
Hope you get it sorted and its just a glitch as you say

Our breakdown from PJG was in depth, and detailed each creditor.

Like Lou mentions it is good to hear about the quick completions so maybe, just maybe we are turning a corner with CF.
