Hi guys been a long road but I'm happy to say our f&f was finally accepted on 25th jan and we got our cert today! Wow can't belive it[:D]
We did not sign the new terms although the 23% was written into the variation paper we signed for the F&F
Anywys ....Well done CREDITFIX

Never thought I'd say that! Very quick turn around I must say!
So Does this really mean we are totally free to do as we please now and are completely free from the terms of the IVA? .?
Sorry I just Still can't belive it!

Well done. Good to see that CF are at least completing quickly, even though they had to sneak in that fee hike for doing very little !¬!

Thats great news. Can I ask what happend once your f&f was accepted? Did you have to provide anything else. We have our variation mgt with CF next week and since weve been with them we haven't had to send in any wage slips or anything.

awesome news.
my f&f variation meet is in March and have to say that CF have been very good throughout. I hope to receive my cert in the same timeframe as you!
and yes I have to say, CF are very quick to answer calls and deal with problems very quickly and effectively so a big thumbs up from me so far....

Excellent news and glad you've shared it here.
Forums, websites etc are much more often used to share concerns, it's good for all CF customers I imagine to hear of quick turnarounds.

Thanks for sharing Greg666. Since CF have taken over we haven't been asked for any wage slips or anything like PJG used to. We submitted our f&f offer and that's it, so not sure if they will request the wage slips at some point. Did you have to supply yours?

Did CF say in the variation why they were asking for 23% fees? Is it because they say they have extra work to do or is it just because firms are struggling at 15%.
It would be interesting to know and I would love to see a variation report from CF. If they are getting 23% then hopefully this now becomes the industry norm and we stop losing the smaller players like Melanie and Beesley.

If 23% allows that I'm all for it.

Fab news for you. I know some may not agree to the fee hike to 23% but if the result is as this poster in their favour then it's all good, creditors agreed to it.
