I had my full and final accepted at the end of October.
A month ago I emailed Payplan to find out when I could expect my completion certificate. I had a prompt reply saying they expected it to be within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Great I thought but 4 weeks on, nothing!
I emailed again at the beginning of this week. Once again a prompt reply, sorry for the delay but there have been some technical issues with your completion certificate but we hope to resolve it soon.
Anyone else waiting for a completiom certificate from pay plan and what these issues might be?
