I Made my last payment into my IVA in July last year ,I have still not received my completion certificate due to one of the creditors offsetting PPI against their debt and have not yet sent a revised proof of debt,Is there a time frame that they have to adhere to?

6 months time frame it should be but my company gt never contacted me for over a year to tell me that, I had to chase my completion certificate myself and complain I got my cc within a month of complaining I still have on going ppi you should contact payplan and find out when you will get your cc.

The offsetting of the ppi is a matter between the bank and your IP and should not hold up your completion certificate. Make a formal complaint to Payplan and, if no joy, escalate this to a complaint to their regulatory body.
