Hi, everyone

I'd just like to take the time to post a positive comment about Creditfix. After being in an IVA for just over three years and then being transferred to CF, I found myself in the lucky position of being able to offer a F&F.

After being transferred from PJG and seeing on here all the challenges other people were facing, I was filled with dread about the change.

Having said that, I put forward my offer of a full and final and I'm happy to confirm that CF dealt with my request quickly and sympathetically, and I'm happy to say that it has been accepted!

Thanks to everyone on here for your support over the last few years; it's been emotional!

We had our date for our F&F come through yesterday and it's on the 30th March- we hope to be part of that accepted and effecient completion club from Creditfix too !

I have been dealing with two key people in the resolutions team- Craig Canning and Stephanie McNairn.

We sent the following:

-Letter of why we are offering a F&F including how much

-Letter from third party confirming the above

- ID for third party

-Proof of funds from third party

-Current mortgage balance statement for our property

They do their own valuations online, but I did offer to get one done.
