hi.im on an IVA but not made any payments for 3 months. they have gave me 30 days to pay in full or there going to make me bankruptcy. what do i do i can not afford the payments
Speak to them and see if you can extend the IVA by adding the missed payments on at the end, or catch them up with extra payments in the meantime.
Why have you not been making payments ?
