I just checked my credit files with the big 3 and noddle, I got my completion cert on Nov 17 2014 and i didn't do anything to clean up my records. Im happy to report the 6 year rule worked for me and everything as fell of as per rule thank god.......so finally since March 17 2009 its all over, I have £2250 credit with vanquish card and I use the card and pay the balance each month by dd, as now im an expert in budgeting........yessss,so people in ivas say strong as one day it will be over too, it was bitter medicine but I got cured from debt.

great news villapb , exactly the same happened with me 2 yrs ago

im much more responsible with money now , took a loan for something a 18 months ago and repaid it early , I only wish it had not taken me 45 yrs to learn how to be better with money, but hey , I learned my lesson the hard way and your post is good for forum members on the journey to reassure them its worth it, even though at times on my journey when I was absolutely broke ( and I mean really broke some months ) I did wonder
