How can I contact EIC to find what is happening with my PPI. Very funny I have had no communication with the since early 2013. And my iva was completed in February 2014

You could ask GT for contact details. Any PPI they have recovered will be going to GT in any case and knowing the details of what you can't have might be a painful exercise.
