Hi, I was just wondering how many valuations do we need to send off for equity release? I've obtained one so far from estate agent also an online valuation but I wondered if this would be acceptable.

Hi, this will depend on exact wording in your proposal. I only have to submit one..
I would double check with your IVA firm but I would think these 2 would be OK.

We was with Payplan and only had to supply one from an estate agent. Hope this helps

Two should suffice, but it should say in your proposal.

My IP had our valuation done (online), and we got one from a local estate agent and they did an average of both
