Hi Amr. There isn't "an IVA" office as IVA's are administered by various firms, most by post and email these days.

There were a lot of 'Bankruptcy Assist' companies in the Portsmouth area that had various names with IVA in the title. Is it one of these you are looking for? Many people lost a lot of money with these firms so I hope you are not one of them.
