Has anyone been successful in claiming back PPI Statutory Interest? Grant Thornton who are using Expert Insolvency Claims have nothing to report and can give me no timeframe. The number I have for EIC now also doesn't work.

I find this whole process baffling and extremely protracted.

PPI statutory interest normally gets paid along with and as part of the refund.
