I have been chasing my IVA guys for my completion Certificate as it was promised a few weeks ago & today I received this.
"Please accept my apologies for not having issued the report sooner.
Unfortunately, I have experienced some issues with your creditors regarding some previous payments issued and I have been awaiting a response from your creditors which has taken longer than expected.
I need to speak with my manager to see if I can still proceed with the Completion. However, I will be on Annual Leave tomorrow so it will be Monday when I come back to you. Please be advised that this is general procedure and there is nothing for you to worry about.
I appreciate that you want the Completion Certificate sooner rather than later and I thank you for your patience in this matter".
Should I be worried that for some reason this is not going to happen?

At least your IP is giving you a reason for the delay and they do seem to know what the problem is. It may be that some errors have been picked up in payments while the final audit was being done but this would not be your fault. You will likely know more on Monday but a shame it has caused a further delay.

Just received this latest response after chasing again.
At the Variation Meeting of Creditors, a couple of your creditors submitted claims with significantly lower balances than we had previously received and agreed for dividend purposes. I am required to use their reduced claim for making payments. However, as the claims have reduced so much, it means that the monies already issued to these creditors have now been overpaid and I have requested that these creditors provide me with a refund. I have been informed that these refunds can take up to 90 days to process.
Unfortunately, I am unable to conclude your IVA until these funds have been returned from your creditors. However, I have taken some advice from my manager and in terms of yourself, you are considered fully compliant for the purpose of your IVA and you are not required to do anything further. Your obligations are now complete.
As soon as this matter has been rectified, it will be my intention to issue the Completion Certificate. I thank you for your patience in this matter.

I would go back and query this because until the CC is issued your obligations are NOT complete and anything linked to windfalls etc. will still be required to be handed over.
It's well meaning but still gives you a problem.

I would confirm that you are also released from the windfall obligations.
