Morning all
We have our F&F this afternoon at 3pm with CF after it was adjourned last week due to issues with voting ( i don't think we received any votes!)
Ofcourse im extremely nervous this morning and did not really sleep very much last night.
My question is though what happens if its this same this week and we do not get any votes?! Is there a certain process we need to go through?
Thanks to anyone who can offer advice

Hopefully there are votes in this time otherwise the meeting will have to be adjourned again. Most IP firms have departments that deal with creditors and they should have got some votes in by now.

They could adjourn again but maximum is 14 days from original meeting. Hopefully they will have obtained sufficient votes for you. Why don't you call and ask how it's going?

Im still stunned but mine and hubby's F&F has been accepted!
It's the most surreal feelings but the relief is amazing, i can't thank Greg at CF enough, he has been great with us.

That's brilliant news!!!! So glad it all got sorted...it's such a strange feeling - I'm still stunned a week later!
