Hi, hope you can help. I completed my iva 3 years ago. After completion they sent me a letter for an insolvency claim company to try and claim all my ppi...I signed it and returned it, I later received letters saying they had been successful in claiming the ppi.
Today I have now received another letter saying the PPI claims have been handed over to another company, so I need to sign to allow them to claim (same ones that were claimed for before?)
I guess what I want to know is can they keep doing this after 3 years? When will this hell stop, I feel like I will stil be getting letters 10 yrs down the line!
Should have said my Iva is which grant Thornton.

See http://www.iva.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?wh ... 627#585545

It has raised your blood pressure but you should find that you dont have to do anything.

They no longer act for you and have absolved themselves of any obligation to the IVA by the issue of a Certificate of Due Completion.

Long run .. short plank .....

...and if you turn right out of Euston Station and walk 200 feet you could probably push them off the plank.

Don't sign it you don't have to they sent me the papers as well I had long argument with the claims company who said I had to sign so I rang GT they said I don't have to sign them I am not obliged to as they are no longer my supervisor.
