I am very worried at the moment that my IVA is going to fail. I received a letter today from creditfix requesting income and expenditure within 14 days of the date of the letter. The letter is dated 02nd June so clearly the time frame has passed. Will my IVA fail because of this? I am around 42 months into my IVA and I have never had any problems whilst I was with PJG. Most of my correspondence with PJG was done via email, my preferred method of contact. Since Creditfix took over my IVA, I have had very little correspondence from them. Not impressed with them at all.

I doubt this will be a problem -- especially if the postmark shows they took their time to post it.

I can't see a date on the postmark, just says delivered by royal mail.

The reviews we had with PGJ always said 14 days as well. I wouldn't worry. If there is an email address anywhere on the letter why don't you drop them a brief message that says something like
I am writing to confirm I have today received your letter of 2nd June. I will be completing the review within the next 14 days.
when you send it, try and see if there is an email receipt message thingy that will let you know when they have read it.

Thank you. I have already sent an email to them explaining the situation. I'll just wait for their reply.

It should be fine - it appears to be a delay in their posting or Royal Mail took a holiday in between delivery it to you. Perhaps it may even just be a typo on the letter. Make sure you provide the information within 14 days of you receiving it and that you can prove it was sent to them (recorded delivery would be best).
