My IVA ended in 2011.Would I be able to claim any mis sold ppi from any of the creditors I had or cant you claim if they where included in the IVA.
Hi. You can claim, but the money is legally due to be paid into your IVA as things currently stand.
Some creditors will try to offset any refund against the old debt (which they are not allowed to do -- but some still are). Some will send any refund to your former IP or make the cheque out to your Trustee (your former IP). If either of the above happen and you have instructed a claims company you will have to pay their fees from your own pocket, having not had the refund yourself !
