we have 8 months left to finalise £375 x 8 = £3000 - can you advise to settle early would we pay that or a lower offer in FF?

Hi Dona. You could offer a bit lower as it will take a couple of months to call the variation meeting and accept an offer by which time you will have paid a bit more off, Say £2,500 or £2,700.
