Hi everyone well I am nearky there after 6 long years but battled through the thick and thin and feel great that I am only a couple of payments away from freedom!.
Last year I had my last annual review and this year I had all my property sorted and no equity in it so no extension on my IVA 7 years would have been a killer...
My question is I have just had an annual review letter is this just generic? as I only have a couple of payments left?. I have tried calling DFD but after being on hold for 20 minutes I gave up.
Any advice or if this has happened to anybody else and if I should just ignore it?.

There is usually a truncated review at the end, which concentrates on the income side, rather than expenditure, just to make sure that all the income in the final 12 months has been accounted for.

Ok this is the same as a normal review with the letter heading "your annual review is due shortly"
Its the exact same one I have done every year so expenditure etc it's a copy of last years as I photo copy them it's just the dates that have changed I am wondering if it is generic because my IVA finishes in September and my yearly reviews are October so a month after my finish date.

Just to add last year after I completed my Annual Review I contacted DFD and they said that was my last one.

Hi everyone a quick update.
I spoke with DFD last year and they said it was my last annual review that I had done and would have to do in Oct 2014.
Just worried about this letter about an annual review a month after my IVA finishes? has anybody completed an IVA with DFD and do you have to do another annual review a month before/after your finish date?.
Also do I get informed that my IVA is finishing?, as I have not had any letter to say it is? I have done all the equity release forms this year which all came back as ok and I do not have to re-mortgage or have a extension as I have 0 equity as I am near negative equity anyway.

I am afraid levels of service differ wildly across the industry and many firms seem to think we are not worthy of any information allowing us to carry on with our lives. The view to take is that, if you want to know, or need to know anything, ASK .. several times, and keep doing so until you get an answer.

We had to do an anual review for dfd about month before our last payment which was in March. We are still waiting for our certificate.
