We are approaching the end of our IVA and received a letter from Santander, a statement/ notice of sums in arrears.
I think we have probably had letter in the past but as we know it was all in the IVA never really looked at them.
We have noticed now though that this account number has a 'NO' underneath claim admitted on the list, where all other creditors say YES. What does this mean please?

You need to go back to your IVA company and clarify what it means.

Pass it to your IP -- Sanatander might yet have to lodge their claim and should be chased now rather than later.

It is possible that Santander are now barred from the IVA if they did not submit their claim on time. This will not affect you either way [unless you repay in full] so as the others say just send the letter to your IP.
