I finished paying my iva august 2013 no payment missed. however ip did not communicate properly about equity release and creditors meeting held today. I wrote a letter to creditors explaining situation regarding delays and very poor communication but not sure this was presented to them at meeting and creditors refused to accept iva completed. iP have adjourned meeting until 25.10.15. what next?

Make a formal complaint. Firstly complain to them in writing - this was their error, not yours. then depending on reply you can make formal complaint to the Gateway here:
https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-insol ... actitioner
However much will depend on what was to happen with your equity in your proposals and whether you did it. Did you have equity? Should you have extended by a year? You might have breached the IVA (albeit it not known by you) and may have to fix this to get a resolution.
