I have recently completed iva after six years and have been keeping an eye on credit reports etc.

I signed up for the free 30 day trial with experian and have noted that Pco Holdco sarl have noted partial settlement on the account with no default date. Also that my Repayment conduct asessment is Poor.

Two questions, first am i able to ask that this entry to be removed and secondly how do i improve the conduct assesment level?

Hi longroad2freedom Everything on your credit file should come off after 6 years you need to contact the creditor and ask them to remove it.

Do you have your closure certificate ? - if you have then it should drop off on the six years. IF not it will remain until the certificate is issued (regardless of time)
