Hi I completed my iva in march this year....I am still waiting completion notification from cleardebt ..I have been chasing this up regularly and they keep saying various dates which the latest one is up now... I need to move house due to a growing family and this is holding me back is there anything I can do ????

I would definitely keep pestering them, is there a reason it's held up?

I agree until we get that certificate our life is on hold.

Hoping you get this soon do keep badgering them and hopefully won't be long now until you can move forward with your life.

Is there any PPI that they are chasing up?

We had no equity and all the ppi was sorted and once I had paid the overtime due, we had to wait a couple of weeks.

Have they said the reason for the delay? Email David Mond or he may pick up on this thread and I am sure he'll explain any hold up.
