I am looking to settle my IVA early due to reoccurring depression. I have been warned that there is a possibility creditors could decide to make me bankrupt. Is this likely given I have no assets at all?

Thank you for your advice.

Hi - it's just your Iva company taking a cover their own backside approach.

You can ask to take any reference to that out.

There is no possibility but some firms insist on frightening their clients to either justify their own importance or to make excuses for any delays. If in the extremely unlikely event that creditors reject the offer the IVA reverts to what it was before. If this is being put in by your IP demand it is removed as it is your variation not the IPs!
