can an IVA settlement be offered with pending additional income reviews??

If there is a review due this would still be done but it would be better to bring the review forward and have the full and final meeting then. For example a client could propose a F&F which is accepted and then when the review is done to check on overtime the client could be in breach if it was not paid. Much more prudent to check first and it does not take very long.
