I currently live alone but my house is going to repossessed. I have the option of moving in with my partner and her 4 children but her finances are finely balanced as it is. I am currently in an iva. Would her income be taken into account when recalculating my income and expenditure for my iva if I was to move in with her? I don't want my debts to cause her or her kids to miss out on things

You will need to do a new I&E when you move but if you treated effectively as a lodger then this should be easiest. Bear in mind that your moving in could impact on her tax credit so a full domestic I&E may be needed in this case to ensure affordability. She should not have to pay anything towards your IVA.
