I know I haven't posted for quite a while but I have been lurking around and read most days! We offered a full and final which was accepted earlier this week.....it's a fantastic Christmas present!
Just wanted to say a massive thankyou to everybody at Mccambridge Duffy, they have been amazing since the day I rang for advice and I would 100% recommend them to anybody starting this journey. Also a big Thankyou to everybody on the forum....it has kept me going for the last 4 years!

Delighted all went well and thank you for the kind words. I will pass them on to supervision and particularly the variation team. We will hopefully get the case closed quickly now and get your name off the register.

Congratulations. Best of luck for the future. Will it take Michael 6 months to issue a CC?

I doubt it - his company is pretty good at issuing completion.

A couple of weeks is enough time to close a file down so I would expect the poster to have their certificate in January. This assumes we have our deed of assignment signed and returned otherwise we will delay matters.

I didn't think it would take you very long Michael.
