I was part of an IVA called Cleardebt for 5 years
I received a letter in April 2015 advising that I have no further payments but then received another letter on the 15th December
saying I am liable for all debts.
Where do I stand ?

Has this letter come from Cleardebt? Did you get a completion letter from them?

Ring and speak to them - this may just be a glitch in their processes.
