The IVA completed 17th November. I note that on Noddle and Clearcredit they show defaults up to and including November. Is that right? Or should they have been removed at the start of the IVA which was March 2014.
Sorry to be so thick, it's confusing.
Thanks in advance

Your defaults should go back to the start of your IVA. Clearscore are usually pretty accurate as are Noddle. You also need to check Equifax as well.

They go back to the beginning, but they are still there at the end. Is that correct or do they stop when the IVA starts?

They should stop when the IVA starts. Write to the data controllers concerned with a copy of your completion letter and tell them to remove the defaults.

I agree with Kallis - there shouldn't be defaults after the date the IVA started. You could contact the creditors and get them to correct the defaults.
