Hi,
Our IVA started in Nov 2009 and completed in Feb 2015. We are in the middle of remortgaging and have been told that the restriction on our title put there by PJG is still there.
Can anyone advise on how I can get this removed please?

They are still trading - contact them directly and request that it is removed asap.

We were transferred to Creditfix a few months before completion so should we be chasing them rather than Melanie's team?

Hi the same thing happened to us with our IP clear debt in February 2016 and we gave them a call and they sent the request to land registry the next day. land registry advised me that it takes 48hrs from receiving the removal request to it actually being removed from the file and they said to phone them each day and quote the title number to check rather than paying £3 each time online and sure enough after 48hrs it was gone. good luck
