I would try to contact his governing body, ICAEW, to check that he is still practicing.

Thanks Kallis. I have since had an email from someone called Nobeel but in relation to a liquidation where his employer is a creditor, but this person says they have not posted anything on the forum. So will the real Nobeel please stand up, and if you are out there please do contact me and I will help if I can.
