Hi

Just after a little bit of advice #9786;

Have just sent all the info for my final review as the 60th month is in may. I have a couple of payments which were added onto the end so these are to be made in june, july and august.

Received a letter back confirming my annual review iscomplete and final payment is 20th aug.

In this time do i treat any additional income the same ie. 10/50/50?

Just want to make sure #9786;

Hi, Why are they saying it is complete? Is it to do with the missing payments?

You will be bound by the same rules in the IVA until your final payment is made.

Thanks dor your reply

Yeah the final review was done at the time when it should have ended.

I was allowed to miss 3 payments throught thiva when i needed to which are what I am paying in june, july and august.

The letter just states the final review is complete and the last payment 20th aug. It says once I have mad the final payment they will carry out the final administration of the iva and send out the completion certificate?

They should do. Any overtime between now and then will count under the 10/50/50.
