Hi, My IVA finished in July last year after 5 years and actually paying over £2000 more than I owed. My agent then applied to the court for a six month extension to get hold of any PPI owed to myself. This was supposed to have finished in January this year and I have asked every 2 weeks for them to compile at my IVA, now almost 4 months over their extension they are still fobbing me of with quite stupid excuses as to why they haven't completed my paper work, from somebody being on Holiday to moving office the list goes on. Is their anything leagal I can do to get them to compile at my IVA so I can try and carry on with my credit history. Thank you, Jaes.

The only thing you can do is lodge a formal complaint which you can escalate to the regulators if needed. You could suggest to your IP that a Deed of Assignment with regard to the PPI is completed, which would facilitate the issue of a completion certificate right away.

Ask for an assignment as Foggy suggests. follow their complaints procedure too and if that doesn't get you anyway make a formal complaint to the Gateway here:

I finished too in July last year. Waited and waited until a DOA Pooped through my door last month. Signed it and got my cc 3 weeks later.
