We have been in an IVA with Varden Nuttall for 36 months and due to an inheritance we can now pay off in full our IVA , we are concerned as Varden Nuttall have gone into administration , how will that affect us paying it off in full.

They do have administrators in so you may need to contact them.

You arrangement should have a new Supervisor appointed and will carry on as before, so you would account for the inheritance to the new IP.
Hopefully the administrators are sorting everything out as we speak.

Speak to the Administrators about finding out who your new Supervisor is.
The Administration might just delay matters a little whilst your new Supervisor is appointed and gets up to speed.
