I seem to be having problems signing in but in response to my question about PPI I have the letter here stating that as a good will gesture I will receive the first £500. My IVA finishes in September after 7 and half years.

It was Clear Debt who sent the letter but now has been taken over by Apeture,infact this is the third debt company to take over since I first went to them back in 2009.

Also could I have claimed my PPI back myself and paid more money into my debts instead of a PPI company taking 35% ? I know its too late now but just wondered ?

You need to speak to Aperture about this and, if necessary, provide written proof.

You could have chased it yourself but it may well have cost you more money if you used a firm to do it for you.

Hi I'm also awaiting my £500 from my ppi that cleardebt done for me I rung aperture and they are honouring it as its in my terms and conditions with clear debt although no one has contacted me just yet for my bank details to put it into my bank but the guy did say he wasn't sure how long it would take even though ppi was cleared on the 19th March......just give them a ring and see what they say good luck

I agree you need to speak to Aperture and send them a copy of the letter from Clear Debt. Best of luck!
