I had a lump sum IVA 18 months ago. My mum wants to give me the money to buy a house outright. I have lost all the paperwork. I have checked the insolvency register and there is nothing on there for me. Am I free from the IVA and the "windfall clause"?

If you have had your certificate of completion (which you ought to have had by now) then, yes, you are free of the windfall clause.

Yes as long as you have had your CC - if unsure ask your IP to send you another copy for comfort.
