I'm currently in an IVA but am struggling more! My car insurance has gone up n a debt that continued after the Iva was approved can't b included n council tax r on my back! I literally can't do this!!! Don't know what to do?

Speak to your IP -- you shouldn't be struggling.
What debt continued ? If it was a secured debt there should have been an allowance made for its repayment.
Shop around for cheaper car insurance. Also your council tax payment should have been figured into your allowances.
Either your I&E was incorrect and needs adjusting or you are simply not sticking to budget.

I agree with Foggy - you need to speak to your IP. Either you spending on non necessary itms or your IP needs to review your I&E to see if your payments should be reduced.
I'm not sure what debt has continued after the IVA - can you explain a bit more please?
