my IVA failed 4 years ago i was made redundant i and unemployed i contacted my IVA company which was Blair Endersby at the time i had to sent them prove every month that i was unemployed they then passed on my IVA to Aperture a company in Ireland and ive was told by them my IVA was failed that was 4 or more years ago ive had no paper work from them no failed certificate or nothing from creditors and me to go bankrupt and was never asked for my IVA to be put on hold until i got another job and because now im jew some ppi back from a load i had back in 2002 which was paid back in full the IVA company are saying the money is theres seems strange to me ash they didnt wont to now before
