Hi all, simple question do i have any chance of re mortgaging whilst awaiting a CC? Cheers

Highly unlikely until your IVA clears from your credit files. Additionally, until you get that CC the RX1 restriction is still on your title.

No. Plus you will need to come off the insolvency register and wait for the 6 year anniversary from the start date to pass if it hasn't already.
Speak to Ryan or Shaun about remortgaging.
