Morning Pepes
I've had my Iva extended for another yr. Poop. So my iva will have been 6 yrs not 5. Question is will my iva still come off my record as they say 6 yrs from when it starts?
Many thanks

Around about, yes. By the time you get your completion certificate the 6 years will have come and gone, so the records should start clearing right away ( allowing for the organisations processing times).

Do check your default dates to make sure they are correct. Background info here:

Hi Haze - was the extension due to your equitable interest being over £5k?

Your IVA will only come off the record once it is closed and you have your CC, by which time the 6 year defaults should have dropped off too.
