I used own a petrol station and I shop had theft of 17k. The petrol company hv taken my licence and now I need to pay to creditor who has given me 2 weeks credit. Now the creditor has put bankruptcy case on me, as I'm not able to pay dat money. What to do?

Speak to an insolvency firm as soon as possible to discuss the whole set of circumstances.

Agree with Foggy that you should speak to one or two companies for some free advice.

Do you have insurance or can you claim money back from the bank?

You need to get proper advice I'm afaird - there are too many variables and info. missing to be able to advise you quickly over a forum. Suggest you arrange to meet with a local IP in your area asap.
