My IVA has been terminated because they say I've breach the z23agreement and not increased my payments when my HPI payment on my car finished. My circumstances changed which I informed them of and gave them proof that the car payment had another year left to go. I had to send them this information 3 times! My husbands wages went down and I gave them copies of his wage slips to prove this. I never missed a payment of the IVA but they have now terminated the agreement after 4 years!! Any advise would be greatful

I had exact same thing happen to me, all that was agreed was that my payments were extended to cover this "shortfall". basically extended by 6 months.
I too informed them of a change in circumstances, but sadly was in my contract.

Has the IVA definitely already terminated or have they warned you you are in breach and they are taking steps to terminate it?

Did you send the information by recorded delivery? Do you have evidence they received any of it?

If its not yet terminated it you should be able to resolve this.
