Hello all, we are coming to the end of our iva hopefully October. We have been in for 7 years initially being told 5. We have been told that we do not have enough equity in our property to be made to remortgage but have been told subject to a final review we should end in october. Does anyone have any idea what this final review consists of? Thanks

Its similar to previous annual reviews - ensuring all payments have been received, any additional overtime or windfall payments submitted. It also ensures creditors have submitted their claims and makes arrangements to pay creditors their final return which in turn instigates your completion certificate.
