My IVA completed on 14/07/16 and I sent the certificate to the insolvency service who have removed my off their register. I am contacting the 3 main CRA to update them as it is showing as active still. Can you tell me what happens to accounts in the IVA on my credit file? Do they stay on the file as settled or are they removed?

They drop off after six years from the date of your iva.
Check to see when the default dates on noddle or clearscore they are both free,if the dates are after the start of the start of your iva contact the data controller to get the dates altered back to the date of you iva

Your IVA will remain your credit file for six years regardless although they can change it to satisfied I believe.

You can send a copy of your completion to the CRA's and ask them to do that.
