Hello,
I was just wondering if you could offer some advice on Shared Ownership Mortgages post IVA?

I completed my IVA in October 2016 and have had my details removed from the registrar and my credit files are all up to date.

Are there any suggested mortgage providers that can be contacted to provide further details or can you recommend anyone to speak to on the forum?

I presume you mean October last year?

Speak to either Ryan or Shaun (details under the expert link on the left hand side of the page) as they have been instrumental in getting a lot of posters a mortgage.
